The bedrock of my professional experience dates back to the emergence of the early-1990s counter-culture consumer brands. I learned that iconic companies aren't built on compliance—they're built on connection. Since those formative years, my career has been defined by identifying opportunities and creative problem solving.

I jumped into the arena of entrepreneurship at the ripe age of 21-young enough to be idealistic, yet bold enough to believe I could "do it better." Over the past 30 years I’ve gained an invaluable, real-world business education I’m proud of through building, operating and selling my own companies. These foundational experiences paved the way for my current work, helping entrepreneurs succeed.

 

All told I’ve helped 1,000+ entrepreneurs start, scale, exit and ultimately transform their lives. I’ve leveraged my personal experiences to create unique ways to coach, analyze businesses and advise entrepreneurs through the complexities of buy and sell-side M&A activities. Having the trust of a current or future business owner is the most rewarding part of my work - which in turn inspires me to uplevel my craft every day. 

 

Today, I am embarking on a new chapter of my career, dedicating my focus to educating and inspiring the next generation of business owners. By blending a lifelong passion for building relationships with my unique full spectrum career perspective I aspire to foster a meaningful, impactful, and lasting legacy.
